Lacrosse began for Sarah her sophomore year of high school at Stratford High School in Stratford CT. She played two years at midfield and then went on to Western New England University where she played 4 years of DIII Women’s Lacrosse and Soccer. On the lacrosse field Sarah spent her four years playing both midfield and defense for head coach Aimee Klepacki. She was a two-time captain at WNEC and was twice named All Conference as well as Academic All-Conference in 2013 and 2014. Her senior year WNEC won the Commonwealth Coast Conference Championship and made it to the 2nd round in the NCAA DIII lacrosse tournament. After graduation Sarah continued playing lacrosse, but this time overseas. She played in Scotland and England in the summer of 2015 for USA Athletes International (USAAI) where she played against Scottish and English teams.
Upon returning to Connecticut, Sarah was hired as the head coach for the women’s lacrosse team at Stratford High School, where she will now be entering her third season coaching the varsity and JV programs.
Sarah continues to spread her knowledge and grow the game of lacrosse by teaching camps locally and throughout New England throughout the year.
